SCHOLARSHIPS ARE NOW CLOSED
May 31 – June 3, 2023
University of Maryland, College Park
AAUW believes NCCWSL provides valuable opportunities for students from all backgrounds. That’s why each year we award up to 100 scholarships to the conference.
After decisions are sent out, scholarship awardees will be registered by AAUW staff. If an applicant is not awarded a scholarship but would still like to attend, they will be able to register at our early-bird rate or seek funding from an AAUW branch. AAUW offers full and partial national scholarships, awarded upon availability. Scholarships do not include travel or other additional expenses. Full scholarships will be awarded first; once acceptances have been confirmed, a limited number of partial scholarships will be awarded. Scholarships are non-transferable.
National Scholarships
If interested, scholarship recipients may add the pre-conference STEM half-day option on May 31, 23 at the Early Bird Rate once the scholarship is accepted and the recipient is registered for the event (additional registration details will be provided in the scholarship acceptance letters).

Since attending NCCWSL, I’ve been afforded opportunities to speak all over the country, and recently, I had the chance to speak at the White House about the health of trans women in my home state of Mississippi. I would never have had the courage to speak up if I had not applied for a NCCWSL scholarship.
