Level Up Salary Negotiation program is an equity-driven career development program designed to help early- and mid-career women strengthen their professional skills, understand and know their value and pursue higher pay, promotions and meaningful career opportunities.
Through interactive workshops, coaching, and a supportive peer community, participants build practical skills in salary negotiation, financial literacy, career planning, professional branding AAU and executive presence.
A Comprehensive Approach to Career Advancement
Level Up combines practical instruction with personalized and peer-based support. Program topics include:
- Identifying and communicating professional value
- Researching compensation and negotiating salary and benefits
- Strengthening resumes, cover letters and professional storytelling
- Building a professional brand and executive presence
- Developing financial literacy and money-management skills
- Preparing for job searches, interviews and promotion conversations
This combination of training, coaching and community helps participants move from knowing what they want to confidently taking the steps needed to achieve it.
