Theon Gruber Ford is a program associate in the Fellowships and Grants Department. She engages with alums, writes blog posts, and provides support for the fellowships and grants team. Before working at AAUW she served as a program coordinator for the Fulbright Scholars Sub-Saharan Africa Program. When not in the office she can be found listening to the latest historical fiction on audiobook.
