Using nationally representative data, Behind the Pay Gap (2007) looks at what men and women are paid one year and ten years after college graduation. Just one year out of college, women working full time are already paid less than their male colleagues, even when they work in the same field. Ten years after graduation, the pay gap widens. Since its release, Behind the Pay Gap has been cited hundreds of times in print media stories, on television, on radio, and online.
