MEDIA ADVISORY: Gloria Feldt to Give Closing Remarks at AAUW National Convention
Lifelong Women's Issues Advocate Will Address Grassroots Volunteers

WASHINGTON — Gloria Feldt, author of No Excuses: Nine Ways Women Can Change How We Think about Power and former president and CEO of Planned Parenthood Federation of America, will give the closing remarks at the American Association of University Women (AAUW) National Convention on June 19, 2011, at the Renaissance, Washington D.C. Hotel. Feldt's speech, Taking AAUW Home, will provide attendees with ways to use their power to break through barriers for women and girls in their communities.
