Elect Her
The Elect Her initiative acknowledges the necessity to build the pipeline of women running for office in order to diminish the long-standing political leadership gender gap. This initiative consists of a full continuum of programming to empower females from high school onward to view themselves as political candidates. Learn more by reading the Elect Her FAQ.

For women of all ages
She Should Run™
Women's Campaign Forum's She Should Run™ provides an easy way to ask a woman to run for office — and then connects her with the support, training, and resources they need to join the next class of strong and successful women leaders in our country. Nominate yourself and other women you know to run for office!
Give to the AAUW Leadership Programs Fund to support these programs that develop women's potential to lead.
