Over the course of her working life, a woman will earn roughly $1 million less than a man -- simply because she is a woman.

AAUW and the WAGE Project offer $tart $mart Campus Negotiation Workshops that provide college women who are approaching the job market the knowledge and skills to negotiate salaries and benefits. AAUW and WAGE have already reached over 125 campuses with this dynamic program.
