| |  | Awards Granted by AAUW - Eleanor Roosevelt Fund Award, from the AAUW Educational Foundation, biennially honors an individual, project, organization, or institution for outstanding contributions to equity and education.
- Women of Distinction Awards, awarded by AAUW and NASPA as a part of the National Conference for College Women Student Leaders, recognize women who set a high standard of excellence in their professions or their communities, locally or globally.
The following awards are currently on hiatus: - 21st -Century Recognition Awards, awarded annually by AAUW, honor AAUW states and branches that are models of excellence.
- IFUW Travelship Awards, awarded triennially by the AAUW Educational Foundation, support participation by AAUW members at the triennial International Federation of University Women conference.
- National Organization on Disability Grant Award, given annually by AAUW in association with the National Organization on Disability, recognize branch and state projects that promote the full participation of people with disabilities.
- Progress in Equity Award, awarded annually by the AAUW Legal Advocacy Fund, recognizes programs that advance equity on campus and provide models for other institutions.
- Speaking Out for Justice Award, awarded biennially by the AAUW Legal Advocacy Fund, recognizes a nationally prominent individual who has advocated for change on behalf of women and girls.
Effective February 2008, the following awards are no longer offered by AAUW: - AAUW Achievement Award, the highest award bestowed by the AAUW Educational Foundation, biennially honors a woman of outstanding achievement.
- AAUW Recognition Award for Emerging Scholars, awarded annually be the AAUW Educational Foundation, recognizes the early professional achievements of an untenured woman scholar who has a record of exceptional early accomplishments and shows promise of future distinction.
- Founders Distinguished Senior Scholar Award, given annually by the AAUW Educational Foundation, honors a tenured woman scholar for a lifetime of outstanding research, teaching, publications, and impact on women in her profession and community.
- Case Support, granted by the AAUW Legal Advocacy Fund, provided financial awards to women who are fighting sex discrimination in higher education through the courts. LAF will continue to support its current plaintiffs through December 2008 but is not accepting any new case support applications.
