AAUW Start Smart and AAUW Work Smart — geared toward graduating college women and working women, respectively — have already reached thousands of women nationwide. The salary negotiation workshops are designed to empower women with the skills and confidence they need to know their worth and successfully negotiate their salary and benefits packages.
