You only have a couple seconds to make yourself stand out to recruiters looking at your résumé and cover letter. AAUW wants to help you land the internship or job of your dreams.

Whether you are an AAUW student affiliate, AAUW member or Younger Women’s Task Force (YWTF) member, you’re invited to attend the Revamp Your Résumé and Cover Letter webinar on Tuesday, February 23, at 8 p.m. ET. You will learn the basics of writing effective and professional résumés and cover letters, as well as tips to make your application stand out. Two experienced professionals will be leading the webinar:


JennieFlynnMcEvitt
Jennie Flynn-McKevitt is a nationally known, award-winning career services professional whose career spans more than nine years. She has worked at a variety of institutions — small and midsize, public and private. In her current role, she assists students during the internship and job search processes and collaborates with employers who are interested in recruiting students/alumni into internship, co-op, and full-time roles. Jennie currently serves as a member of the AAUW College/University Relations Committee as the faculty/staff adviser for the Louisiana Tech University AAUW student organization.

EleniKarahalios
Eleni Karahalios currently works on the talent acquisition team at GoPro. As a talent coordinator, Eleni supports a team of rock star recruiters globally. She works closely with GoPro’s university program, employee referral strategy, and talent marketing initiatives. She started as an intern in 2014 and has been stoked on GoPro ever since. Eleni graduated with a degree in economics from Denison University in 2014. Although she is still a Chicagoan at heart, she currently resides in San Francisco.
