Program Description
A comprehensive program that supports low and moderate-income women with dependent children in their efforts to earn a bachelor's degree. Founded to address the needs of a county with a high incidence of both poverty and households headed by single mothers, Project SMARTS has made significant changes in the lives of the participants.
