Program Description
A group of campus women evaluated the challenges that female faculty, students and staff face on issues such as salary equity, child care, sexual harassment, extra-curricular activities, women’s studies, advising, and mentoring. The administration in turn made significant changes based on the study's results. The study will be administered every five years to help assess progress and focus efforts. Nearly every advancement in women’s equity on campus has its roots in the Women’s Climate Study.

Update
The study was repeated for the 2004-2005 year.
