Program Description
This program was designed to utilize the resources of a large university to prepare women and girls to receive skilled trade or technical training at an educational institution and to enter the work force in high-skill/high-wage non-traditional occupations. The program is free to all participants and provides technical assistance to 15 community colleges in increasing female access to technical and trade educational programs at their respective campuses.
