Program Description
The program strives to provide Hispanic women with the tools necessary (i.e. access to higher education and a support network) to become economically self-sufficient and serve as role models for the Hispanic family and community. The short-term goal of the program is to assist Hispanic women into higher education. The next goal is economic self-sufficiency for Hispanic women with the ultimate goal of providing more role models for the Hispanic family and community so that graduation for Hispanics from higher institutions of learning will not be a rarity but an everyday occurrence.
