Program Description
A program dedicated to promoting understanding of gender issues among faculty, staff and students. Through the program, faculty and administrators are trained to recognize and avoid negative gender stereotypes and bias and apply new techniques and information to classroom instruction at the community college level. Approximately 60 full- and part-time faculty participate in two-part workshops each semester.
