Program Description
In operation since 1980, the program provides training and hands-on experience which opens five traditionally male careers to women. The graduates of the program enter full-time employment at salaries identical to the salaries of men at the entry level, and graduates of the first classes are progressing up the salary scale at the same rate as their male counterparts.
