Case History
This is a class action suit brought on behalf of all full-time faculty at the University of Cincinnati. The four named plaintiffs are female, untenured professors who allege that the university engages in a pattern and practice of sex-based wage discrimination. Female faculty are paid less than comparable male faculty; female faculty are less likely to reach the rank of full professor; and female faculty take longer to reach the rank of full professor.
