AAUW Leadership

The AAUW Board of Directors consists of the president, vice president, and ten directors-at-large. The elected officers and directors shall appoint three additional directors-at-large. A finance vice president and a Board secretary shall be appointed from among the elected or appointed members. The AAUW executive director serves ex officio on the board and oversees AAUW operations.
